Newborn Care Specialists

A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) usually starts with a family soon after the baby is home, and stays typically for up to 3-4 months. Their purpose is to guide and educate new parents, offer hands-on care to the newborn(s), and to help establish feeding, routine, and healthy sleep habits. Newborn Care Specialists often work 10-12 hour overnight shifts, or can be hired to provide 24-hour care for up 5 consecutive days a week. Current market rate for an experienced NCS can range from $30-45/hr. The team will match families with a highly trained and experienced NCS to provide specialized care for their newborn in the comfort of their home. Scheduled a phone call with us to discuss your nanny needs

1. Let’s talk

During our scheduled phone call we get to know you and your family’s needs. During the conversation we’ll discuss the ins and out of your household, ideal weekly schedule and personal qualities you like to see in your nanny. We gather as much information as possible getting to know you so we can find your Perfect Nanny!

2. Let’s Match

After you’ve selected your top candidates, we will coordinate and schedule interviews in the comfort of your home. After the interview process, we follow up with both you and the candidates for detailed and confidential feedback.

We will help you create a nanny job description, offer, and agreement

3. Let’s create an offer

Once you're ready to submit a offer to a candidate we will walk you through the process of creating the agreement to ensure you start your new relationship on the right foot. We will guide you every step through out the hiring process.

We offer ongoing support after your nanny hire

4. Ongoing Support

After your hire, we will support you in the on-boarding process. We will check in with you throughout the first few weeks of employment and shift to monthly after the first month make sure this is the perfect fit for you family! We'll send you monthly newsletter for as long as you're in our ENL Network.

Newborn Care Specialist Fee Information:

$250 Non-Refundable Registration Fee

Placement Fee: 20% of Candidate’s Annual Compensation (Specialty Placement)

$2500 Minimum

Extensive Reference Checks
Extensive candidate screening process background check of the individual. This covers a National, State, and Local Criminal History Search in all the locations they have lived in during the last 7 years (this includes all known aliases), a Global Watch Search, Motor Vehicle Report, and Social Security Number Trace, and a search of the Sex Offender Registry.
