Newborn Care Specialists

Elite Nanny League intensely screens and successfully presents highly trained and experienced Newborn Care Specialists as part of our services to ease the transition of a new baby and parents into family life.

Newborn Care Specialists typically work either 10-12-hour overnight shifts or are hired to provide 24-hour care 5-7 days/wk.

Terms vary in length between 2 weeks and 6 months; on average families hire an NCS for approximately 16 weeks. Depending on Experience NCS can range from $30-45/hr.

After you’ve selected your top candidates, we will coordinate and schedule interviews in the comfort of your home. After the interview process, we follow up with both you and the candidates for detailed and confidential feedback.

We will help you create a job description, offer, and agreement to ensure you start your new relationship on the right foot. We will guide you every step through the hiring process.

Hiring a New Born Care Specialist:

$250 Non-Refundable Registration Fee Required to begin a Search
15% of Candidate’s annual compensation (Houston based families of surrounding area)
22% of Candidate’s annual compensation (Nation Wide Search)
$2500 Minimum 
30 Day Replacement 

Our NCS Placement search includes:

  • A dedicated Placement Counselor to assist you through the interviewing and hiring process
  • Personalized job description and active, creative recruitment
  • In-depth nanny profiles tailored to your family’s specific needs and preferences
  • Nanny interviewing and training guidelines
  • Assistance with scheduling and salary negotiations and employment agreements as needed
  • Drug Test
  • Extensive candidate screening process including reference checks, employment verification, multiple interviews, and internet screening.(Note: For our long-term placements, background checks are ordered once an offer of employment has been extended and accepted in compliance with applicable law.)
